Only shaved my dogs paws and about half her ears until i got there so they could finish her ears, told me to come back in a month for a “full haircut” because they didn’t think she would be able to sit through it despite charging me for the full thing. Overshaved her stomach and surrounding areas and didn’t clip her back nails.
Our three dogs are groomed and attend daycare at Superdogs. We have always been treated with kindness and respect, and our dogs love playing at daycare. We love that we can tune in and watch them play if we have a break during our day. Would recommend!
i’ve taken my dog to get groomed here twice, and both times i’ve received negative feedback about my dog’s behavior. i’ve never received reports of her showing signs of aggression in her 6 years of getting groomed, except at SuperDogs. all other groomers say she is a delight and gives kisses the entire session. so i’m not sure what’s going on behind the closed doors of the grooming area here, but i’ll trust my dog’s judgment after two bad experiences to not be bringing her back.
Groomers are like a revolving door at Super Dogs. My dog has been band from the facility as I was told she was thrashing during her visit. This wasn’t her first visit and she never had an issue before so I blame the groomer not my dog. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks now for a phone call from the owner to discuss my situation (not holding my breath). Not impressed with this facility and the attitudes they have. Maybe they should have cameras in the grooming rooms !!!!
We all have our own standard for how we think customers should be treated but it's hard to understand how, by anyone's standard, the way Superdogs treats it's customers is anything but the absolute worst. They happen to be located 2 minutes from my house so I had been bringing my previous dog there for 4 years. Without fail, every time I go in there, I catch some attitude from someone working there. They cut you off, they talk to you condescendingly, and they talk as if they are vets and they really have no idea what they are talking about and so on and so on. And if that's how they treat people, how do you think they treat dogs? I don't know since their camera appears to have been installed in 1998. This place is no good for humans or dogs, stay away.
I've been bringing my dog Molly here for about 2 years now. She was a rescue and very nervous playing with new big dogs, but loves playing once she gets to know the dogs. From the first few conversations I had with Superdogs I already felt significantly better about trusting them with her than I did other daycares we tried out. They all were genuinely considerate of my concerns and made sure to let me know how she was doing. Since then we've had no issues- Molly went from being scared to go inside (just because she's a nervous dog) to running in on her own (and not looking back). The fact that they have cameras in the playrooms to check in on your dog throughout the day is very comforting and fun to peek in and see them playing. I highly recommend Superdogs to anyone looking for a doggy daycare!
Honestly the nicest people you'll meet. I ended up going here to get Stella's nails clipped. I originally took her to Pet's Choice in Merrimack. They lack keeping things on file there. So instead of repeating everything all over again for my 3rd visit. I told them I'm just going to super dogs. Unbelievable friendly employees, they have just earned a new customer. Thank you for an amazing service.
I used to bring my Siberian Husky to Superdogs when she was a pup. At first it was fantastic, but over time the staff became increasingly rude and critical of her behavior for things like barking and "not listening". Not fighting or biting or anything like that. I was told she was put in timeout and after the second or third time I decided to stop coming to Superdogs, as I'm not paying for the dog to be put in a cage.
Since then I have brought my dog to numerous other daycares both in the area and in other areas as I travel frequently for work. I have never heard a single complaint from any other facility.
This is a very shady business and I wouldn't trust them with my dog's care. If you have any kind of working dog or high energy dog, stay away. Look at the other 1 star reviews and you will see similar experiences.
